Brent became CEO and Managing Director of LBT in 2016, becoming the second CEO of the company and taking over from the founder. Since joining, Brent has focused on building internal capability across scientific, artificial intelligence and engineering disciplines that maximise the development opportunities of the machine vision intellectual property generated by the company.

This strategy facilitated the development of LBT’s flagship product APAS^® Independence, enabling the company to transition to a sales and commercialisation focus.

Prior to this, Brent spent 11 years as a Senior Executive overseeing a range of global functions at Cochlear Limited (ASX:COH).
